New to the area. Just spent 45 min attempting to make an on-line appointment to the Loker Ave, Carlsbad, CA Sports Clips facility....I have not been successful. On your web site the "hot button" entitled "Check-in Online," is confusing....is this intended for the patron who already has an appointment? Very frustrating navigating around your web site simply trying to make an appointment. I'll try another hair cutting establishment.

I just got my haircut by Carly. She gave me the best haircut and MVP experience. She even sent me home with an awesome beard oil. I will be back to see Carly for my next haircut, she's AWESOME!!
